Recycling

Dear Mr. President,

My name is Bobby  III. I am a student at Parkway West Middle School, and I am writing to you today to share my thoughts about recycling. Recycling is an issue because not enough people do it.

This is an issue because materials that are nonrenewable could be recycled but aren't. This is an issue because hundreds of years in to the future we will run out of these materials. If we run out of these materials, we wouldn't be able to make many of the things we use today, such as paper, cans, and plastic.

I think you should make the fact that materials are recyclable more noticeable so people recycle more often, maybe require a label to be printed on the side of recyclable materials, so more people feel they should recycle.

Thank you for considering this idea.

Sincerely,

Bobby III

  1. Educating the people to recycle should be the primary goal.
